Account Deletion Request
To permanently delete your FlashTerminal account, please follow the instructions below.

To request account deletion, please send an email to:

You can delete your account in the app (Account > Account Deletion), or by emailing us from your registered email address. We confirm your request within 48 hours, and may ask you to verify that it is you. We delete your account within 7 days of confirmation. Remaining copies, including backups, are deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except the records listed under "Data Retained".
What happens to your data
Profile and contact details, device history, Broker connection records and any Broker tokens or keys stored on our servers, AI conversations, memory and records, journals, watchlists, templates and other saved work, virtual portfolio, support chats and files, preferences, and your Coin balance.
Payment, order, invoice and tax records, and affiliate partner earning, payout and tax records, with the verification result that supports them, as tax and company law require (currently up to 8 years from the end of the relevant financial year). Security logs and sign-in records for at least 1 year from when they were created, as Indian law requires. A record of your deletion request for 1 year. Data under a legal hold, dispute or authority request until the matter ends. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you. See the Privacy Policy, section 9.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your settings, saved work and history cannot be recovered.
Before you delete
Plans and Coins
Any active Plan ends when your account is deleted. The unused period, and any Coin balance, are not refunded, except as our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides. Our Plans do not renew automatically, so nothing is charged after deletion. Deleting your account does not change anything with Apple or Google, so manage any store purchase in the App Store or Google Play.
Brokers
We delete the Broker records we hold. API keys and sessions stored on your device are removed when you delete the app or clear its data. To fully revoke access, also remove FlashTerminal from the connected apps or API settings of each Broker. Orders already at your Broker stay there until you cancel them.
Affiliate partners
Deleting your account ends your Affiliate Program Agreement. It does not forfeit cleared commissions: we pay your Available Balance under section 13.4 of the Agreement, and keep payout and tax records as the law requires. Request any payout before you delete, because we need your verified bank account to pay you.
Signing up again
You can create a new account with the same email later. It starts fresh, with no earlier Plan, Coins, history or referral link, and it does not receive sign-up bonuses again. If we closed your account for a breach of our Terms of Use, you may not sign up again.
Deleting some data only
To delete specific data without deleting your account, such as AI conversations, memory items or support chats, use the controls in the app, or email us with the subject "Privacy".
